Corrections Policy
Effective date: 2 June 2026
At facam.org, we aim to publish clear, useful, and accurate technology content. This Corrections Policy explains how we handle mistakes, outdated information, clarifications, and reader feedback.
Why corrections matter
Technology changes quickly. Product specifications, software features, app availability, cybersecurity risks, device updates, pricing, and platform policies may change after publication.
When we find incorrect or outdated information, we may update, clarify, correct, or remove content where appropriate.
What we may correct
We may correct:
- Incorrect product names or specifications
- Outdated software or app information
- Broken links
- Incorrect dates, figures, or descriptions
- Misleading wording
- Missing context
- Unsupported technical or security claims
- Formatting or grammar issues that affect clarity
Minor spelling, formatting, or style edits may be made without a public correction note.
